IntelliBar Service and Support Programs

IntelliBar Label Printers were covered by a 1-year limited warranty and can be renewed before they expire to avoid a pre-inspection before an new contract can be assigned. The following additional service programs are available to upgrade or extend original warranty. Contact us.

Products

One-Time Factory Inspection Service
The Factory Inspection Service includes the examination and testing of an out-of-warranty or out-of-contract IntelliBar Printer to determine the parts and labor required for repair.
Single Inspection

Standard Service Contract
The Standard Service Contract offers an extension to the IntelliBar limited warranty.

Enhanced Service Contract
The Enhanced Service Contract contains all the features of the Standard Service contract and includes the additional benefit of unlimited use of a loaner printer at no additional charge while your printer is being repaired.

Printer Rental Program
IntelliTech offers the rental of a printer while your printer is being repaired or for any other use.
