This form is used to request factory repair service or a Return Authorization (RMA) number from IntelliTech International for an IntelliBar printer.

  • Enter the width of the ribbon. Please indicate the unit of measurement, such as inches or mm.

  • Please select the type of material used when the issues occured.

  • Please select the type of meadia used when the issues occured.

  • Please select the type of label used when the issues occured.
    Die cut - standard label with separations or perforations between each label.
    Continous - solid label material without separations

  • Please enter the computer operating system and version used to print to the IntelliBar when the issue occured. For example: Windows 7, MAC OS 10, Ubuntu
