additional repairs are needed beyond the tune-up services, we will contact you with a detailed service report for any necessary additional repairs. No additional services will be performed prior to your approval.

Shipping Note:
You are responsible for paying shipping and insurance charges to send your printer to us for service. If you do not insure your shipment, you are responsible for any loss or damage. The tune-up special includes prepaid shipping and insurance costs to return your printer to you via UPS or Fedex ground. You may make other return shipping arrangements at your own expense, however you will be responsible for any damage or claims.

IntelliBar printers must be shipped in original packaging to prevent damage. Do not choose this option if you will be sending the printer in its original packaging. We will automatically replace the original packaging when we return the printer to you.

If you need a rental printer while your IntelliBar is being repaired, select one of the following printers. Please make sure to select the same model as the printer being repaired to help ensure a smooth temporary installation. You are responsible for the freight and insurance from and to IntelliTech. If you do not insure the rental return and it is damaged during shipment, you are responsible for all damages up to the full list price of the printer. A rental printer agreement will be sent to you for your completion.

  • Ship your rental printer if ordered above
  • Wait for your printer to arrive for its Tune-up
  • NOTE: You are responsible for the shipping and insurance charges when sending the printer to IntelliTech. If you do not insure your shipment, you are responsible for any loss or damage.
