The Factory Inspection Service includes the examination and testing of an out-of-warranty or out-of-contract IntelliBar Printer to determine the parts and labor required for repair.
IntelliTech provides a Factory Inspection Service for printers that are out-of-warranty or not covered by a service contract.
We will examine and test your printer to determine what, if any, repairs are necessary to restore it to factory specifications. We will notify you of what repairs are required and the costs to perform the repairs. If you choose to repair your printer, you will incur Factory Repair Service charges.
If you choose not to repair your printer, a one hour minimum charge, at the IntelliTech prevailing direct labor rate, will be incurred.
