[M44, M48] IntelliBar Replacement Media Cutter without Mounting Bracket

The IntelliBar M44/M48 replacement cutter replaces a previously installed worn cutter.  It is not intended to be installed where a cutter was not previously installed.  It comes without a mounting bracket, as the bracket for the previous cutter is used to mount this part.

The M44/M48 replacement media cutter is used to replace worn cutters.  The mounting bracket from the previous cutter is used to mount this cutter.  The replacement cutter is user installable.

For for a new installation where a cutter has not been installed previously purchase 301-001.

Features

  • Cuts continuous/die cut paper and synthetic labels up to .010”/254 mm thick
  • Cuts up to 7 point tag stocks
  • Guaranteed for a minimum 1 million cycle cuts
  • Cuts labels up to 99”/2515 mm in length or very short labels, which are difficult to tear off or peel off
  • Mounts internally to protect the user from the cutting blade
  • Leaves the front of the printer uncluttered, free and clear of snagging protrusions



Note: This cutter is not recommended for print speeds faster than 8 ips
