Standard Service Contract
The Standard Service Contract offers an extension to the IntelliBar limited warranty. It provides depot factory repair service and is sold in yearly increments. Within three business days after IntelliTech receives your printer for service, we will repair and ship your printer back to you via UPS ground, freight prepaid by IntelliTech. UPS next day air, or other expedited shipping is also available for an additional charge at your expense. You are responsible for paying freight and insurance to send your printer to IntelliTech for repair.
For the first year of post warranty coverage, the Standard Service Contract costs $450 per printer, per year, payable at the time you purchase your IntelliBar printer, or $550 per printer, per year, if purchased while your IntelliBar printer is still under limited warranty or under an existing service contract. If your printer warranty period or prior service contract has expired, IntelliTech offers an inspection program (see Factory Inspection Program) prior to selling a service contract. After completion of inspection and any necessary service to bring your printer back to factory specifications, you may purchase a Standard Service Contract at $550 per printer, per year.
