IntelliTech provides a Printer Inspection Service for out-of-warranty
printers not under a service contract.
IntelliTech will inspect and restore your printer to factory specifications
(at your expense with your approval) prior to offering a choice of a Standard
Service Contract or Enhanced Service Contract.
Factory Inspection Service includes a one-hour minimum labor cost at $75 per
hour plus any additional time and materials. You are responsible for
shipping and insurance costs for freight to and from IntelliTech.
