Enhanced
Service Contract
The Enhanced Service Contract contains all the features of the Standard Service contract and includes the additional benefit of unlimited use of a loaner printer while your printer is being repaired. IntelliTech will ship a loaner printer overnight freight prepaid insured by IntelliTech to your location on the same day of your request, provided your request is received by 2:00 p.m. EST. You are responsible for paying freight and insurance to send your printer to IntelliTech for repair. Within five business days of receiving your printer, IntelliTech will repair and ship your printer back to you via UPS ground, freight prepaid by IntelliTech. You are responsible for paying freight and insurance to send the loaner printer back to IntelliTech within one business day after you receive your repaired printer.
The IntelliBar first year standard Limited Warranty can be upgraded to an Enhanced Service Contract. The Limited Warranty/Enhanced Service Contract upgrade costs $300 per printer, covers only the first year of ownership from the date of sale, and must be purchased at the time the printer is purchased.
The Enhanced Service Contract can be
purchased in yearly increments and costs $775 per printer, per year,
payable at the time you purchase your IntelliBar printer, or $875 per printer,
per year, if purchased while your IntelliBar printer is still under limited
warranty or an existing service contract.
If your printer warranty period or prior service contract has expired, IntelliTech offers an inspection program prior to selling a service contract (see Factory Inspection Program).After completion of inspection and any necessary service to bring your printer back to factory specifications, you may purchase an Enhanced Service Contract at $875 per printer, per year.
